Nicolette is senior career coach and personal(management)coach. Drawing from her energetic and involved personality, Nicolette is brilliant at getting people going. She unites the softer and more professional aspects of coaching, putting her listening ear to good end. She is often described as a ‘networker of note’, willingly utilising her contacts to her clients’ benefit.

Nicolette van Dorp (1960) began her career in the non-profit sector before switching to the advertising world. After holding a range of positions – recruitment, selection, secondment – she was appointed as a senior consultant at Converge, an agency specialising in executive coaching and outplacement. She founded her own consultancy in 2009.
Her strengths lie in people motivation, helping them to harness their aspirations, talents and fascinations.
Nicolette’s colourful life and career provide her with the insight and experience needed to work as a successful career coach.

Nicolette completed her post-graduate studies as a Career and Mobility Consultant at Adviesbureau Hoogendijk in 2005. She is a member of the Dutch Association of Career Management and Outplacement Consultants (Nederlandse Orde van Loopbaanadviseurs en Outplacement Consulenten – NOLOC).
